Terms of Use
This product provides guidance only. It does not provide medical advice or replace direct confirmation with restaurant staff.
Food translations, ingredient analysis, and risk labels may be incomplete or incorrect. The service cannot promise allergen, halal, gluten, vegan, or cross-contact control in a restaurant kitchen.
Users with severe allergies, religious dietary requirements, or medical dietary needs should confirm ingredients and preparation methods directly with restaurant staff.
Do not treat any result, staff question, or order card as an absolute promise about a dish.
China Food Pass products are one-time passes. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because we provide 5 free menu photo recognitions for you to test the app in real-world scenarios before purchasing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the China Food Pass.
Exception: If a verified server outage or documented technical failure on our side prevented the service from being delivered during your pass validity period, contact support@canieatchina.com with your order email and a description of the issue. We will review and, if confirmed, provide a remedy such as extended access or a refund at our discretion.
Your credits are valid for a full year (365 days) from purchase, so you can save any unused scans for your next trip.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a China Food Pass if you misuse the service, attempt to bypass scan limits, resell access, or violate these Terms. If you believe a suspension is a mistake, contact support@canieatchina.com.
Questions about these Terms, purchases, or support requests can be sent to support@canieatchina.com.
